How do I register for an account?- You can create an account at any time by clicking on the 'account' icon at the top of our website. When you place items in your cart and proceed to checkout, you may be prompted to log in. An account allows you to come back to this shop and view all the orders you have made.
- No, you can checkout as a guest. However, we encourage you to create an account so that you track your order.
Can I sign up to your newsletter?
- Yes! Just join our newsletter with your email address, and you will be added to our subscription list. We will send you new recipes, exclusive promotions, and much more.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Do you offer gift cards?
- Yes, we do. You can find our gift cards, from $10 CAD to $25 CAD, in our catalog. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards can only be redeemed on our store and, cannot be returned nor refunded once purchased. Happy gifting!
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and accelerated checkouts with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is there curbside pickup or local delivery?
- Yes, we offer curbside pickup and local delivery. During checkout, you can make your selection. It usually takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour to fulfill curbside pickup and local deliveries.
